Recently, there was some damage to our pool during an intense storm, James was over with his team working on solving and repairing the damage first thing the next morning. We spoke several times the night the damage occurred and worked to get us back up and running immediately! He and his team are the absolutely the best, he provides his cell phone so there is always an answer and never a worry that we have to wait until opening or deal with an answering service.

James is amazing! We had a pool pump emergency very late in the day on a holiday week and he came out within an hour when no one else would. He fixed a very very major problem at an unbelievably affordable price and even cleaned the pool out for us. I was desperate for the pool to get fixed and never did this company takes advantage of the situation. We will be customers for life!! They are a must must must use. I don’t think you can get this level of professional service and response time any where else!

I've dealt with Better Pool Services for 17 plus years. I had water issues, the same day I called they were at my home treating my pool with chemicals...expert results. I had a hole in my liner......same day I called they were there to perform the repair. I needed my filter relocated along with all of the piping, valves, etc. a more perfect job could not have been done. We were really amazed when they removed the old and installed our new liner and the price could not have been BETTER!
